Volunteer with OASFAA

Thanks for your interest in volunteering with OASFAA! As an organization run entirely by volunteers, your participation is critical to our success. Membership on a committee benefits your colleagues, students and parents, as well as providing an opportunity for personal and professional development. Volunteering with OASFAA can also be counted towards NASFAA FAAC® recertification points! Contact our Volunteer Coordinator for more details.

OASFAA began as a small group of professionals organized to facilitate the sharing of information to help each other cope with changing rules and regulations emerging from the first reauthorization of the Higher Education Act of 1965.

It has since grown into an organization of more than 300 financial aid administrators and financial aid-related professionals and provides support, training, communication, and professional development opportunities for its members.

As an all volunteer-ran organization, OASFAA depends on volunteers to carry out its mission. Your willingness to help can be felt throughout the entire organization!
