OASFAA – the Oregon Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators – is an organization of more than 300 professionals who work in financial aid and related positions at Oregon’s colleges and universities, education-related government agencies, and private companies that offer or support funding for higher education. 

OASFAA’s purposes are:

  • to promote members' professional preparation by providing a variety of training and professional development opportunities, and by facilitating and encouraging communication;
  • to provide financial aid and financial literacy programs for students, parents, and high school counselors; and
  • to provide leadership in financial aid-related public policy and legislative issues.

OASFAA would welcome your financial support as we work together to promote the availability and effective stewardship of higher education funding. OASFAA is designated as a charitable, nonprofit organization under 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (Federal Tax ID 93-0865563), which will allow you to receive a tax exemption for the financial support you provide.

In recognition of your support, OASFAA provides a variety of opportunities for you to provide information about your products and services to the membership, and to develop business relationships with members' institutions. Sponsorship can be for general operation of the association or for specific activities in which members participate.

General Sponsorship for 2025 OASFAA Annual Conference:

In an effort to create more opportunity for corporate partner participation we have decided to offer a single-tier sponsorship package for the 2024 Annual Conference.

$750 - sponsors receive:

  • One exhibitor table at the Annual Conference
  • Recognition of sponsorship displayed in the Sponsor Center within the Whova app
  • Recognition of sponsorship displayed on OASFAA website with sponsor's logo and hypertext link
  • One quarter-page advertisement in each issue of the OASFAA bi-annual newsletter
  • Dedicated time slot during the conference opening luncheon to introduce yourself and your products to the membership
  • Dedicated breakout time for attendees to visit Corporate Partner area
  • Additional sponsorship opportunities available

Corporate Partner Sponsor Refund Policy

In the event that a corporate partner needs to cancel a sponsorship at any OASFAA event, a notification to cancel must be made in writing to the Corporate Partner Liaison and the Fund Development Chair at least 45 days prior to the first day of the sponsored event in order to receive a refund. This policy only applies to the corporate sponsorship fees, not event registration fees.
